Feel the aromatic flight of this swallow: Golden in color and almost crystalline, it has aromas of pine resin with a subtle layer of fruit and a pronounced bitterness characteristic of the style. Simcoe, Ekuanot, Mosaic. Medium bodied west-coast with subtle fruitiness a pronounced pine resin flavour and a bitter finish.
