Basqueland is excited to announce their third collaborative recipe with their friends at Sugaar in Ordizia!
This beer features a malt grist of lager barley with malted oats and raw wheat, creating an exceptionally smooth mouthfeel. To further accentuate the fruity notes they added Mosaic during the boil and Citra in the whirlpool. Dry-hop: Motueka, Rakau, Citra.
The result is a characterful and well-balanced DDH IPA with successive layers of flavor, offering delightful notes of peach, lime sorbet, and guava.
